The Task
The customer needed a robust trolley for picking goods in a warehouse racking area. The desired product was a shelf trolley that was easy for the operator to navigate up and down aisles to pick onto and then return to a packing bench where the goods could be unloaded and packed.
The Product
The SLC600 Shelf Trolley was a great answer to the problem, offering adjustable shelf heights that can be set to suit, a flip out handle for pulling the trolley around aisles without catching their feet and a foot operated central footbrake to allow them to be parked safely when being unloaded.
The Result
Implementing the new trollies for the picking operations has helped to ensure the team can keep up with growth in the business. They enable the operator to pick multiple orders in one journey and offer a more ergonomic solution.
