The Task
The base plate and pump had to be laboriously packed and picked by hand.
Time-consuming transport to the production line, partial damage to assemblies, and an increased error rate in final assembly
The Product
After completion, the assembly (base plate) must be packed into a transport trolley using a manipulator during pre-assembly.
It is then transported to the refrigeration circuit production area, where the base plate is removed again using a manipulator.
The Result
Our special solutions deliver the pump and base plate to the production line without damage and pre-commissioned.
